About RTG First Aid

RTG First Aid Ltd is based in Angus, Tayside, and works across Scotland, helping children and adults learn how to stay safe and respond confidently in an emergency.

We believe first aid shouldn't feel intimidating — it should feel like something anyone can learn and remember when it matters most. That's the thinking behind everything we teach, from hands-on CPR courses for adults to school workshops that turn first aid into something children genuinely enjoy learning.

It's also the thinking behind RTG Little Lifesavers, our children's book written by Sarah Stewart, which introduces young readers to Ryan the Rescuer and his simple three-step promise: stay calm, get help, be a lifesaver.

RTG stands for "Ready To Go" — because that's what we want every person we train to feel.
